Strength 

A) Clean complex – 12 min

Level 1: High Hang Power Clean + Hang Power Clean(below knee) + Front Squat – build up in weight

Level 2:High Hang Clean + Hang Clean (below knee) – build to heavy weight

B)Front Squats – 10 min

Level 1: 3 x 3 reps across – pause 2 sec at bottom

Level 2: Build to a heavy 3 – pause 2 sec at bottom

*Try to match last weeks weight

 

WOD

2-3 Rounds Not for time:

A)2 x Turkish Get-up each side

B)20 Russian KB Swings (heavy)

C)Sprint 200m

*Go hard during each movement, rest between
