Olympic Lifting Skills

3 Position Snatch

5 Rounds

Pause for 3 seconds at Mid-Shin (off ground), Hang position, and High Hang position.  Build up to a working weight that allows for speed and accuracy in the movement.

 

WOD

10 Rounds for time:

3 x Hang Squat Snatch (95/65)

6 x Burpee

15 x Double Under

*Scale double unders with 10 attempts
