B.Weighted Pull-ups

3 x 1-1-1-1-1, 30X1 Tempo, Rest 10 sec, Rest 60 sec

*Scale with bodyweight pull-ups or negatives

 

WOD

8 Min AMRAP Ladder (up by 2 reps)

2 x Deadlift (225/155)

2 x Handstand Push-up

20 Double Unders

4 x Deadlift

4 x Handstand Push-up

20 x Double Unders

6 x Deadlift

6 x Handstand Push-ups

20 x Double Unders
